Taste Accuracy: They don’t have the license to say it but we all know what they mean when they are saying Red Gummy Fish - that iconic Swedish Fish. Is it cherry? Is it berry? Is it fruit punch? Well, it’s technically inspired by Lingonberry, a small, tart berry used extensively in Scandinavia. Whatever it is, it’s nostalgic and Gorilla Mind NAILED this. The flavor is true to the candy.
Aftertaste: People often complain of Gorilla Mind having an “aftertaste.” Taste is subjective of course and; honestly, I don’t get this at all. Noortopics can be very difficult to flavor and Gorilla Mind does a great job. The aftertaste is simply the Sweidsh Fish esc flavor lingering on your tongue.
Drinkability: Now this flavor profile can be very sweet. Ghost was the first to do this with their beloved Swedish Fish collab, but with that one leaving the market Gorilla Mind stepped in and I personally believe they did it better. Why? Gorilla Mind is SLIGHTLY less sweet making it more drinkable to a larger crowd.
