Earlier today, fans of Ghost caught a glimpse of something brand-new and seriously exciting—a Ghost Protein Bar—through a raffle alert in the Ghost App. The listing has since been taken down, but not before screenshots started circulating and sparking plenty of hype.

From the details we’ve seen, the Ghost Protein Bar is shaping up to be far from your average protein snack. Instead of the standard single-bar format, Ghost has created a two-piece treat that mirrors the iconic Twix candy bar. Each pack delivers:

• 20g of protein (10g per piece)

• 270 calories total

• A build featuring a protein base, gooey caramel layer, and chocolate coating

This style isn’t totally unheard of—we’ve seen similar functional snacks hit the market in Europe—but nothing quite like this in the U.S. protein bar space. If the final product matches the early look, it’s going to stand out in both taste and format.
